Join the Alliance
Brokers, employers and HR leaders join free. Technology companies and carriers fund the work.
Bringing the benefits industry together to understand, evaluate and advance innovation.
Why the Alliance exists
Most employees choose their benefits with little guidance. New tools can help, but the people who recommend and buy them, brokers, consultants, PEOs and employers, need a trusted, neutral place to learn what works.
No single company can educate an entire market on its own. The Alliance brings the industry together to share research, set plain-language standards and teach practitioners how to evaluate new approaches, so better benefits decisions become the norm rather than the exception.
We focus on decision support at enrollment, year-round benefits use, voluntary benefits, funding and renewal choices, and the link between benefits and financial wellbeing.
